Starting her Real Estate career working for a Land Developer/Home Builder/Property Management Company in Alberta for 8+ years, Felicity quickly was able to gain a wealth of knowledge around condominium projects. Being involved with the projects from the start and all throughout the construction phase, creating the condominium budgets, helping develop the bylaws of the condominium, enforcing the bylaws and policies, and managing the businesses, owners, and tenants occupying the condominium complexes, each stage has helped her immensely in her career to provide a high level of expertise and knowledge to all of her clients. In addition to this, Felicity also holds a Certified Condo Specialist certificate.

On a personal level, outside of work, she enjoys motocross at various tracks throughout Alberta but primarily Wild Rose in Calgary, golfing, snowboarding, and is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. She was raised on a farm in Northern BC before deciding to move to Alberta shortly after graduating.
